Above rate includes $65.00 + GST for  the EQ-i 2.0 Questionnaire which is required for the Emotional Intelligence course.


Whether you are new to management or need to upgrade your skills, the
QNET Certificate in Management Development (CMD) covers a full range of management and leadership responsibilities. This flexible program is designed to meet your individual performance and training requirements while working within your busy and demanding schedule. Most courses are one full day.

Earn a certificate by completing 70 credit hours, consisting of 35 core hours
(5workshop days) and 35 optional hours (5 workshop days). Full attendance and participation is required to receive course credit.

Core Courses:

  • Management Essentials –  Thursday, October 3
  • Effective Conflict Resolution - Thursday, October 10
  • Making Personality Work - Thursday, October 17
  • Simple Rules for Organizational Change - Thursday, October 24
  • Emotional Intelligence - Thursday, October 31*                            

* There is an additional charge of $65 + GST for EQ-i 2.0 Questionnaire (required for the course) and it is included in the above rates

CMD core courses and most optional courses are applicable for credit in the Certificate in Applied Management: Organizational Effectiveness (CAM:OE) program with the University of Manitoba, Continuing Education allowing participants to continue in a program of management development and receive a university certificate.
