Certificate in Facilitation & Design

 

QNET is pleased to launch the Certificate in Facilitation & Design (CFD) in the fall of 2019, beginning on October 29.

The CFD provides you with techniques to solve your performance improvement challenges, design
sessions that support learning, hone your facilitation
skills, and deliver sessions in a virtual environment.

The program is made up of four full day workshops; each can be taken on its own or as part of the CFD:

  • Managers and other professionals who support performance improvement
  • Human Resources and Learning Development professionals
  • Independent consultants, trainers and facilitators

Participants receive a comprehensive manual filled with job aids, checklists and other great reference materials at each workshop.

Those who register for all four CFD courses at one time will also receive a discounted registration fee and one hour of complimentary follow-up coaching / consulting on a project of their choice.

This program is presented by QNET in partnership with Manitoba Education and Training, along with workshop partners.
