Facilitation skills are a critical skill set for those individuals with leadership, management or supervisory responsibilities. To be effective and efficient as a leader, it is important to know how to work with teams and individuals to help them reach their full potential. With facilitation skills you will effectively be able to identify and eliminate obstacles, enabling your team to accomplish its mission. For any organization involved in continuous improvement efforts where teamwork is critical to the organizations’ success, i.e. Lean Six Sigma, leaders with well developed facilitation skills are crucial. When leaders, managers and supervisors move to the forefront and serve as role models of facilitation, change accelerates dramatically. The full day workshop on May 15 will define the essential facilitation skills required to lead your team. Attend this Information Session to learn more and have the opportunity to ask questions.
