Personality in the Workplace

At this workshop, you will acquire an understanding of Personality Theory.

• Learn to identify the different personality types and how to interact, influence and communicate effectively with each.
• Get an assessment of yourpersonality type based on the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI) and develop action plans for individual growth.
• Determine your leadership style, the advantages, pitfalls and how to maximize your impact.
• Review how MBTI can be used in your organization to improve communication, enhance team-building, and reduce conflict.   

This workshop is: 

• A core course in the 70 credit hour Certificate in Management Development (CMD)
• Eligible for credit in the CAM:OE (Certificate in Applied Management: Organizational Effectiveness) in partnership with the University of Manitoba Continuing Education
